windows

one of my favorite things about the architecture in the bahamas are the classic muted colors of the buildings....

two chairs

this image is a perfect example of a happy accident. no, the bahamas are not typically foggy nor did i use some filter to create the washed out look of this photo. i simply walked out of my air conditioned cottage and the heat and humidity added a fun layer of condensation on my lens (and sunglasses).

we spent the later part of one evening in these chairs and witnessed a couple dozen shooting stars. life is good.

detroit rocks

detroit rocks! a statement that holds true no matter where you are in the world. i think this old back-hoe is the bohemian equivalent of the further bus, colorful but dilapidated and laid to rest.

bakers sunset

its hard not to be inspired by the beauty of nature. we were very fortunate to catch this sunset on our golf cart ride to bakers bay. this image is from our last evening in guanna cay, bakers bay is a development on the far side of the seven mile long island where everyone commutes by golf cart.
